Place an Order

The BIC2g image is only available to companies enrolled in the Oracle Partner Program. You must include your Oracle Partner Program Company ID with your order. If your order does not include the Oracle Partner Company ID, we will not be able to process the order. Your Company ID can be found on the Oracle Partner Program Membership Resources page on the right-hand column under "Company Information". You will need to be logged into Oracle.com.

Delivery Method

PayPal processes your payment and sends us notification of the order. We then verify your Oracle Partner Program status and generate an e-mail that includes links for the download and a scan of your Microsoft Server license. We will mail you the physical copy of the license by way of First-Class US Mail. The e-mail will allow you to download and run the BIC2g virtual machine. You will not need to wait for the physical license. The file downloads will take several hours to complete and varies depending on your internet speed.

Delivery Time

Normally you will receive the delivery e-mail within 1-2 business days of your payment. However, due to licensing changes from Microsoft, our lead time for delivery of licenses has changed and occasionally this will delay our filling of your order for up to 12 business days.
