German analyst firm, BARC (Business Application Research Center) has taken over The BI Survey from Nigel Pendse (formerly known as The OLAP Report).   This year, to ensure higher quality, they will only include information about a vendors product, if they receive a minimum of 50 responses.

Personally, I would like to see Oracle BI, Essbase, BI Publisher, Oracle OLAP, and related technologies represented in the survey, as I think this will benefit the entire Oracle BI community.
